Studio Policy
- Cancelling or rescheduling sessions must be done 24 hours before your private and semi-private sessions, this applies for group mat work. If you have a positive covid result or are unwell at all then we would like you to reschedule in order to avoid the spread of illness and for our safety and that of other clients. We understand sometimes unforeseen circumstances can arise but we have to be fair and consistent with all clients therefore no exceptions can be made.
- Please bring a towel to class. If attending a group mat work class please bring your own mat. Please wear socks for all classes.
- When attending class please wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water.
